PROFILE: Nana is a visionary, innovator and a possibility thinker.
He is a People, Business and Technology Developer and Professional with a passion for Ethical Leadership, Ubuntu, Red Team Thinking, Agility, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Enterprise and life Coaching and Training. He loves writing and challenging people to become better humans. He created H2H (HUMAN2HUMAN), a global movement and way of thinking to connect humanity.
He has worked for over 20 years in management and leadership and held very senior consulting, programme management and executive positions in both the public and private sectors globally, with substantial experience in leading and managing organisational transformations.
Nana is the founder and convener of Agile in Africa Conference www.agileinafrica.com (a yearly business and technology conference) held in Accra, Ghana and Scrum Day London www.scrumdaylondon.com (a yearly Scrum event) held in London, United Kingdom.
He is the Product Owner and CEO of Akaditi.com an agility services, events and technology company. Nana is really passionate about supporting and adopting Children in orphanages, he founded a charity to transform orphans into future leader.
He is also passionate about Organic, natural farming, Promotes wellness, loves Polo sport, Motorbikes, Building and Restoring Land Rover Defenders vehicles and really enjoys Making work fun, Scrum (Agile), Arts, Culture, Animation, Robotics, Space Travel and Life after the Digital Age.
He is a philosopher, he loves inspiring people and he loves Africa.
