TOPIC: Learn the Culture first, then go Agile!
ABSTRACT: Agile is everywhere. Everybody is talking about it. Everybody wants to start agile journey with the various agile frameworks. And then, many hit the celling and give up the agile journey altogether. What are we missing? Think about the organizational value as a bank vault protecting your money.
