In today’s fast pace digital age, business leaders are more concern about the digital disruption of their respective industry sectors than they are about their core competitors. Many leaders recognise that disruptions induced through fast pace innovations and constant changes in customer expectations are unsettling traditional business operation methods, organisations that are able to embrace and accelerate towards flow of value through agility principles are able to sustain dynamics shifts in today’s business environments.
